This is a page for purchases made in store, not online.
Unwanted Items
If an item is returned to us within 14 days of purchasing in the original packaging, unused and unopened with the original receipt, the manager may at his/her discretion offer either an exchange, credit note, or decide that the item will not be accepted back.
No cash/visa refunds will be given.
No refunds or exchanges can be given on blown instruments, such as harmonicas, microphones and recorders due to Health and Safety issues regarding transfer of germs.
No refunds or exchanges can be given on software or computer interfaces that have been opened for possibilities of them being registered.
Faulty Items
Where an item becomes defective for other than fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or where faults were identified at the point of sale, we will repair, replace or refund the item as deemed reasonable by the manager. This does not affect your statutory rights.
