The NUS250 has been sculpted with three tonewoods. The body has been designed with laminated acacia, which has been used for the top, back, and sides. This tonewood choice provides an excellent punch and projection, alongside a harmonically beautiful tone. This material has been paired with meranti, which has been used for the neck, and nandu for the bridge and fingerboard. Thanks to the meranti, your uke is provided with an exceptional acoustic character, whilst the addition of the nandu ensures your overall tone is well-balanced, perfect for covering a range of techniques and styles.
