What we are looking for
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding the right instruments, gear, and accessories

Demonstrate product knowledge and offer tailored recommendations

Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately

Maintain a tidy and well-stocked retail space

Stay up to date with the latest music products and trends

Provide outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone
Requirements:

A genuine passion for music (playing an instrument is a bonus!)

Previous retail or sales experience (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
